The Conference venue, Pullman Melbourne on the Park is located at 192 Wellington Parade, Melbourne (opposite the MCG). Please be aware that there is another Pullman hotel in Melbourne (Pullman Melbourne Albert Park). If you are travelling by taxi/Uber, please make it very clear which Pullman you need.
A discounted self-park rate of $30 per vehicle per day is available to conference attendees. Should guests prefer a valet parking option, price is $49 per vehicle per day. Please note that all parking is strictly subject to availability at time of arrival in the hotel car park and is not reserved.

Full Registration includes attendance at all sessions of the Conference, including morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch, attendance at the Welcome Reception Drinks and handbook. Attendance at the Conference Dinner may be booked at an additional cost. Guest tickets for social functions may also be purchased via the online registration form.
Day Registration includes entry to all sessions on the chosen day of attendance, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch and handbook. Tickets to the social functions are not included in this registration type, and may be purchased at an additional cost.
Cancellations must be received in writing – mail, email or fax – to Leishman Associates. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Leishman Associates. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact Leishman Associates on (03) 6234 7844.Cancellations postmarked on or before, 1 month before the Conference, will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the Conference postmarked after 1 month before the Conference, however substitutions may be accepted.
Delegates have access to complimentary WIFI for the duration of the conference. Please see the Leishman Associates staff at the registration desk to obtain the password.
How do I gain entry to the Conference sessions? Will there be security?
Delegates and exhibitors will be provided with an individual name badge, which will give you access to all sessions and social events that you have registered to attend. This must be worn at all times within the conference venue.
The members of the conference organising committee and Leishman Associates accept no liability for personal accident of loss or damage suffered by any participant, accompanying person, invited observer or any other person by whatever means. Nor do we accept liability for any equipment or software brought to the conference by delegates, speakers, sponsors or any other party. Please protect your personal property. Do not leave laptops, cameras, and other valuable items unsecured.
Be conscious of individuals who appear out of place and do not wear a conference name badge.
How will I know if there have been any changes to the program?
In the lead-up to the conference small updates may be made to the program. See the latest version here. Any changes to the program during the conference will be announced during housekeeping notices each morning and via updates on the conference app.

I have special dietary requirements – what should I do?
As part of the registration process you will have advised Conference Managers of any dietary requirements. Caterers at each function will be informed of these. During the day and at social functions, venue staff will be available to advise delegates with regards to their dietary needs. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask staff at the Registration Desk.
IMPORTANT– If your dietary request relates to a life threatening allergy, please ensure that you advise the organisers as soon as possible so that we can communicate with the Venue/s.
